Our 6 Week Challenge is Joe’s favorite offering because it gives him a chance to demonstrate why his results cannot be beat!
All challengers will work with Joe (and the rest of the team) to drop at least 25lbs or 6% body fat in 6 weeks or less.
If you do your part- Joe will MAKE SURE you succeed!
As this challenge requires strict adhesion to a nutrition plan and workout regime, this challenge is reserved strictly for people who are serious about changing their lives!

PLEASE NOTE: Do to the hands-on approach the gym takes with all 6 week challengers, we MUST limit the amount of challengers allowed to start per week. As such, there may be a delay between when you sign up for the challenge and when you are able to begin. (All start dates will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.)
You will be contacted by coach Michelle with your specific start date after booking.
As spots open up, Coach Michelle will be hosting FREE 6 Week Challenge Consultations where she can answer all your questions!
